Payment with a card added to the BallSquad application profile:
Bookings starting in less than 6 days cannot be cancelled.
1. If a one-time booking starts in less than 6 days then the fee will be charged from your card within an hour after the booking, then it will have a 'paid' status and cannot be canceled.
2. If a one-time booking starts later, the fee will be charged from your card 6 days before it starts, until then it will have an 'unpaid' status and can be canceled in the system.
3. For long-term bookings, the fee for the first booking will be charged immediately, and for each next booking payment is collected 6 days before the start of the booking. Cancellation of an already paid reservation involves a 15% deduction of the refund.
To cancel unpaid reservations, open a specific reservation you’re looking for in the application, which is located in the "My Reservations" section. If cancellation is possible, you will see a 'Cancel booking' button. After confirming the cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
Instant payments (BLIK, payment card, instant transfers):
Before making a booking, make sure the start date is suitable. Cancelling a booking that has already been paid for incurs a 15% cancellation fee.
